studio design plans - please help!

hi i have a studio plan in the works and i want you guys to check it out... it's attached.

it's a 12' x 26' room that i'm using 5' of in the front for an iso booth. i'm mostly using the room to mix, record and rehearse rock, pop, funk and jam music.

Here are my dillemas:

1. how do i work it so the doors aren't in the way?

2. shape of the iso booth?

3. where to put the machine room?

please help as these are preliminary plans but i want to do it right the first time!
