Look on e-Bay for Stewart active DI ADB-1 for $45-50, $95 discounted price new. High quality similar to Countryman, but can be had for much less used. The Countryman is the industry standard but you will pay >$100 used on e-bay, $170 or so new. Don't pay $50 for a new cheap DI when you can steal a Stewart for 50 bucks on Ebay.

www.mindprint.com envoice.

valve di's have always been popular in high end studios. Why settle for just a plain old di when you can have an excellent channel strip that you can use for everything including vocals, bass ect.

About US$400 ish

The tube warms a bass guitar back up like its going through an amp but you still have the really low bottom end that only a DI can capture. Its not limited to any one use its just a high end channel strip with everything you'll need in 1up rack space.

The higher end DTC has two channels for around US$2200
