Puzzling low end fuzz on PC

Hey everyone! I have a weird problem that hopefully someone has heard of. I get a fuzzing noise at the 100hz frequency and down on my computer. I've plugged in a couple different devices and the sound still persists. Its VERY annoying to me as I cannot seem to eliminate the sound. The sound started a few weeks ago.

I am currently using onboard sound on an Asus Crosshair IV motherboard. The onboard sound is a Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi setup. I've reinstalled the audio drivers to no effect. I've tried to diagnose the problem with my M-Audio AV40's and Sennheiser HD555's. Thanks for your time.

You may have a leaky cap in your subwoofer amp or you may have plugged something new into the power strip and how have a ground loop. Try using a ground lift to find the problem or culprit component that is feeding the buzz.
