Axiom 25 + Reason 4= Problems. Please Help!

I'm having issues with playing my synths in Reason 4. I have my master keyboard set to the Axiom 25. The system and program is reading it fine. I'm even getting sounds out of the pads and the first key. However, I can't hear a single note when I play the rest of the keys on the controller.

What am I doing wrong?

ps: i ran a search on this same midi controller and it seems as if people are having tons of issues with it. i'm not pleased, but oh well. it's what i have and i have to use what i've purchased.

i would really appreciate it if someone could help me resolve this issue.
