MIDI not registering in Delta 1010LT or Reason

I'm using a Yamaha DGX-202 keyboard, a Delta 1010LT soundcard, Reason 2.5, and Sonar 3.0.

Up to now, everything has been working fine. However, now MIDI rarely works in Reason. I.e. when I use the keyboard, no signal registers in Reason. Every now and then, it suddenly works, but then it fails again. (The last 4 times I tried, I got no signal in Reason.)

Sonar and Reason ReWired, and MIDI in is going into my Delta 1010LT soundcard. Any idea what's wrong? Any thoughts on how to fix the problem?

Thanks!

Mike

Do you get MIDI into Sonar?
Hmm, if it's intermittent, I would start with the MIDI cables.

Typically, MIDI will work or it won't. Are we talking, intermittent as in every few seconds it works/doesn't work, or every other session it works/doesnt' work.

If Sonar is receiving MIDI, I would investigate what channel your sending MIDI and that any MIDI Thru function in Sonar is active.

If Sonar is not receiving MIDI, then we need to explore the driver.
