Can anyone help? I've downloaded some songs from Walmart's website. They come with a .wml extension. I'm using Adaptec CD Ceator to burn the CD and copy the songs to the CD. I get an error message saying only valid file types are .wav and .mp3.

How do I get Adaptec to recognize the .wml files?

Thanks.

there is a lot of converters out there and most are freeware. If you go to a good search engine like google and search " wml wav converter " or " wml mp3 converter " or something similar it should get you somewhere

I think the .wml is actually a converted html file for wireless technology, such as cell phones and stuff. I did a little pokin' around and found some stuff to convert to html or html to wml.
are you talking about ringtones?

To Black_Tyger: Once I downloaded a freeware converter and Iit had some awful programs embedded in it that I almost never got rid of. If I could get a freeware without any embedded programs, I would download in a minute.

To Bops2000: Not referring to ring tones. .wml is the format WalMart's music doenloads arrive in.

yea you sort of get that if your not careful but you learn how to spot those sorts of things (most of the time anyways)
