multi tracking with Cool Edit Pro

Hey does anybody know if you can move .wav files around in the multitrack version of Cool Edit? If so, then how? I use SONAR for multitracking but I noticed that Cool Edit has it also, so I figured why not learn how to use it....But I can't figure out how to move files around. I highlight them I press CTRL nothing. I highlight them I press ALT nothing. Is it possible? Thanks in advance...

You have to Right-Click and Drag files in CEP to move them in the MT view.

Actually I was just doing that: comping some mandolin parts, mixing them down to one track, deleting the originals, and dragging the finished track to the first open space in the multitrack view. One large TIP: right-click on the track you are going to move and click on "Lock In Time" before you do anything else. If you forget and move the track and it is out of time, use "Control-Z" or go to "Edit/Undo Move" to put it back where it was. How do I know this? I ain't telling.
