Rack Question

I have an APC Smart-UPS 1400 and I wanted to know if there would be any problem putting it in the same rack as audio gear. Would there be any possibility of RF leaking into the audio chain?

I would not think that a ups would leak any rf signals at all.....after all it is a conditioned power sourc and very clean.
