Has anyone done this and made it work for you? If so, please be so kind as to tell me exactly what you did and how you work with it?

Thanks.

A bit late with the reply.

Just insert a softsynth in Acid 4. There are a couple of buttons to press. A greenish one will enable reatime control of the softsynth. It is found in the top right corner of the window for the synth. You also need to assign a midi input device if you have one. Then just click the fruity plug startup window. Basically all you can do with acid and fruity is to record either one track at a time in acid. Due to the fact that acid is not a true multi-tracker-might chnage in future, and only allows recording of 1 track at a time.

Better to use something like cubase or logic audio with fruityloops then you can assign each instrument in fruity to its own track in say cubase.

I use the 2 together sometimes if I just want to play around a but with ideas. But more often than not I'll export all my tracks from acid and load into cubase and hook fruity up there.
