Is there any software keyboard synthesiser?

Can you tell me any realistic software keyboard synthesiser with inbuilt melody samples and scores?

There are tons of software synths out there, but none that I know of with built in melodies or scores.

Band inna Box will play thru your soundcard and can auto-create melodies, but it's not really a 'synthesizer' per se.
