piece of the proverbial mate - just choose 'add track' from the mini menu in either the tracks window or the sequence editor window or even the mixer window. Choose an 'Aux' track. Then set the INPUT of that aux track to 'Bus 1-2' or whatever bus you want to use. Set the output to whatever you usually use (Analog 1-2 or whatever).
Then, put a reverb or echo into an insert on the aux track - make sure it's set to 100% wet (or the 'Mix' parameter is set to 100%) as you won't want any dry signal from there.
To send an audio track to that reverb or echo, use the aux sends from that track (they're the two knobs and pop up menus underneath the inserts on the track). You use the pop up menus to set where the knobs are going to send signal to by selecting bus x on the top one (for the left knob), and bus y on the one underneath (for the right knob). Just make sure you select the same bus as your selection for the INPUT of your aux track.
In other words, if the INPUT on your aux track is Bus 1-2, select bus 1 on the top one and bus 2 on the bottom one. Turn the knobs up and away you go....it works just like patching and sending from an auxillary on a mixer to an outboard FX machine.
