Has anyone had any luck getting MOTU customer support? (I use their 2408 with Audio Desk on a B&W G3).

I have tried the email route without success (usually two weeks or better before I get an unhelpful, vague answer -- if at all). I have tried calling dozens of times over the last two years but have never actually talked to a tech-- the line is always busy. I have called the main office number but can't get any help there either (they just tell me to keep trying). Cripes, after two years I'm worn out trying.

What's the secret to getting these people to support their product? I sent another email today asking that it be forwarded to management's attention but I can't say I really expect a different result.

Word to the wise... DON"T expect MOTU to help you if you get in a bind... They have the worlds worse customer support!!!!!
