Posting to possibly help someone with their problems: I installed the 2408 software first as suggested using the Wave Diver
default. Installed the PCI-324 hardware as suggested. The first time I booted a small screen came up briefly and I believe it said it was installing drivers. Then, a MOTU screen came up saying "PCI-324 Multimedia Driver Problem". My computer was locked up. Mouse was frozen. Tried the PCI-324 in another slot. No good. We tried ASIO
drivers. No good. We found that the 324 was sharing an IRQ which might have been causing the problem. It was suggested I contact Dell and ask them how to free-up an IRQ, which I did. Still no good. I'm baffled!
