Hello,

Is anyone using the MTPAV for ADAT sync?

How does it compare to a JL Cooper?

I need an 8x8 midi interface and also need to sync an ADAT to Cakewalk. There are a lot cheaper 8x8 midi interfaces but add the cost of a Data Sync and your back at the price of the MTPAV.

I just want to know if it actually does a nice job with its synchronization claims.

P.S. Sorry about posting the same question. I thought it would be better placed here.

Yes, the MTP AV USB works a charm syncing my 2 LX20s. However, I can't say the same about the companion program that let's you drag virtual patch cables from input to output. At least on the windows platform, it doesn't work....I'd guessthat the mac version does since motu started with mac.
