I used to have Sound forge's CD Architect, and loved how I could manipulate tracks, ie fading one track into the next & changing the space between tracks. It worked great for me when I would record live productions, blending song into song etc. The problem is, I upgraded to 5.0 and hadn't done any work for awhile, not really missing CD architect...till now!

Does anyone know of or recommend a cd production program like cd architect that will let me manipulate my audio like this?
Poor me, all I have is easy cd4!

Thanks,
Sponge Bob

Upgrade to 6, switch to Wavelab, switch to Samplitude. Or, stick with EZ...

I was blown away by Magix Music Studio Generation 6 and 7 deluxe version. I swear by them.

They both offer burning of discs on the fly right from the multi-track as well as a bounty of tools to edit, squeeze, stretch, tweak, eq, compress, and master.

Amazon.com offers Gen 6 deluxe for $34.99 and Gen 7 deluxe for $69.99.

Don't let the price fool you though. This is serious audio editing software.

P.S. If you buy, buy from Amazon.com or elsewhere. www.magix.com (http://www.magix.com) tends to be a bit expensive.
