Emagic MT4, Win2K midi problems

Does anyone else have any midi problems with this or a similar USB interface and Win2K? How did you resolve it?

I'm hahing problems with the same mt4 but in win xp, it have installed the drivers but any software recognize it as midi interface, you have to download the amt/unitor utility and route manually, i dont know how cause i dont have the time, it take me less time to return the mt4 and buy a midiman or a motu interface.
