After the W32 worm solved,problem still exists

many of my midi SW got screwed up,like realorche karaoke player
i tried to re-install it but it hanged
and said NTVDM.exe problem
any help please?

Win 2000 or XP???

You might try re-installing the latest full MS Service Pack for the O/S to avoid having to re-install the entire operating system itself. This technique has had good results in NT4 and W2K machines for me in the past, but never tried it on XP yet.
