In the interface screen were I can adjust the levels and settings on the 4 inputs of the breakout box I blatantly see a compressor tab. Unfortunately I do not understand how to use it...

I am fairly certian I am not getting any noticeable effects on the inputs when I move the compressor knobs. Is it a bug or is there a "special" way to use this critical feature?

I'm not 100% educated yet on how to use the aardvark interface so maybe i'm missing something. anyone else here able to use the compression and adjust it?

Make sure you take the compressor out of bypass. And, if you want to record the results you have to hit the RecFX button.

bad news.

Ok, when I take the compressor out of bypass and I use the RECFX button. I loose all input signal. When I have the RECFX button OFF I dont see any difference no matter were I put my compressor settings.

I also dont seem to be able to adjust any of parameters for the eq or the compressor.

I figured it out. Unknown to me there is a TINY line of fine print in the manual that states the effects will NOT work when running in 96Khz mode. Only the less modes will enable this feature.

This of course. SUCKS!... I didnt think about this untill I discovered it last night.
