Can someone help me with instuctions on how to convert a .wav file to a .mp3 file? Thanks

Most Mp3 players will do this. I haven't actually done this for a while but there should be a bunch of " freeware " players/converter available for download on the internet. Do a search, shouldn't take long at all...or you could try www.tucows.com (http://www.tucows.com)
