Junk Chunks

I recently upgraded from sound forge 5 to 6.0. And it seems that 6.0 is saving junk chunks with the wave file data about 40% of the time. This is a big problem for me. Dose anyone know why this is happening or how to stop it from happening? I found that adding some silence at the end of the wave and resaving it sometimes gets rid of the junk chunks, but with as many files as I have to deal with that’s a pain.

Any insight would help.
