View Full Version : Sound Forge 6.0 Metering?

How is the metering in Sound Forge 6.0? I recently downloaded the demo version of WaveLab 4.0; & was really impressed with the Level/Pan Meter, which displays Peak & RMS values (as well as Pan values.) If SF 6.0 metering is this good, I would probably do the upgrade (since I like the waveform display in SF better.)

The metering in SF6 is the same as earlier SF. I prefer Wavelab myself because of realtime effects monitoring compare to SF's preview function and the peak and rms meters are great.
