Here's my deal...
I am running ProTools LE and Digi001.
I have a Roland XP-30 hooked up to it via MIDI.
When I record midi, and have a Rhythm patch dialed up. It actually records a different patch. When I play the keyboard by itself through the Aux track I have setup, the drumkit on the rhythm patch plays fine, but recording, and on playback, it plays the other patch, and not the drumkit. I am new to MIDI, so maybe it's something simple I am not doing. Could it be ProTools isn't aware there even is a Rhythm patch set, and it's just playing patches from another set. If so, how do i let it know the Rhythm set is there, so I can record MIDI drums. Thanks!
