Session Backup

In Digidesign's old Session 8...it was very easy to backup a session to DAT...including all session files and audio. That way you could free up space from your hard drive and restore the session later (if necessary). Is there a way to do this with PT LE? Are those drugs from the 70's flashing back? Or have I just missed something in the manual?
