Pro tools Free, Waves Gold Bundle

Could someone give me step by step instructions in helping me to get Waves 3.0 to show up in Audiosuite of pro tools. Someone has already posted this question but I must be missing something. Thanks for any help

If you have the legal version, it sure came with an installer that does everything what is needed for it to work with Pro Tools.

My registered version is 2.8 not 3.0 (My Bad)
My Pro Tools Free was downloaded from the digidesign web site. Any other ideas? I thought of removing Waves and reinstalling
