Is there a way to monitor audio signal with insert fx in realtime? I read in manual I had to check "software monitoring" box so I could monitor fx in realtime, but that's not what is happening!!! Everything is fine if I'm using playback, the problem happens only while recording. I heard I should create other track, insert my fx and then route the track's output(the one I wish to record) to the "fx track", FOR CHRISSAKE, SOMEBODY TELL ME THIS IS NOT TRUE, IT'S RIDICULOUS!!! In Cubase all you have to do is to arm the track and insert your effects, no extra-headache needed!!!
Anyway, if there's a way to go around this I would be happy (whatever be this way), cos it seems to me Logic s too much powerful than Cubase. I'm a newbie in Logic and ( I still did not tested) it's hard to believe that Logic can QUANTIZE AUDIO, CONVERT AUDIO TO SCORE and PITCH SHIFT AN AUDIO TRACK!!!Is this REALLY true???
Sorry for the long post, thx in advance,
Felipe.
