Thanks Ken. I'd really like to be able to read that contract. I sure hope that it has teeth to make Emagic/Apple distribute and support Samp in a truely good faith fashion. It would be better to be out than to have them drag their feet, dream up reasons for product delays, etc. I can just see it...."Due to uncertainty in the supply chain of shrink wrap, we are unable to allocate our available shrinkwrap inventory towards the Samplitude product line at this time, and will only be shipping Logic for Mac this quarter, for which our shrinkwrap inventory was already allocated".
