Hi all - While you were whining and calling each other babies, I was away for a few days having one (a baby). I'm happy to announce a new (well, future) Samplitude user, Phoebe Catherine Deacon. It may be Ver 16 before she actually starts using it, but she can't wait. Cyber cigars all around.
Peace, RD

Congratulations Robert! Kids are great. I don't have any of my own but I really enjoy my nieces and nephews. We have tons of fun when they come over to make up songs in Acid and Samp.

Welcome to the world Phoebe. http://www.audioforums.com/forums/smile.gif

Cheers,

Robert, Samp guru.....Congratulations and All the Best!

My wife and I had twins (a boy named Cole Leander and a girl named Sarah Nicole) in March and you can best beleive that they will be Samp users as well.

We need to have another Audio Forums post topic called "Studio Kids" or something.....

The crying sometimes interupts sessions but they are a complete joy.....

Enjoy fatherhood....I know I am!!!!

Thank you all, yes they whine a bit....and much less pleasent things, but they are sooo worth it. I have a 10 year old daughter who is just starting to write songs. Of course she wants to be the next Brittany, but I can deal with that. When she was born, I had the biggest creative burst of my music career, so don't think that kids will slow you down or stifle your muse. The best music always comes out of you when your life is full of change. Without change, something inside of us sleeps, and seldom awakens.
