Using the Sample Manipulation???

I want to use the "reverse" effect on the beginning of a track... I read the section in the book, that didnt help much... When I highlight the desired clip, and right click to the Sample Manipulation> Reverse... The menu is not allowing me to choose it. Please Help...

You need to be doing this on a wave project not a vip project. Right click on the object and select 'wave editing' However, this will destructively alter the sound. Copy the actual wave first perhaps. Experiment!
