by the way , is SEK'd or Magix have released any skin design manual ? I really wanna know every detail about skin design , so that I can make more nice and useful skins .

No and after the sales change to Emagic, I would not expect such a manual.
Magix has done a good job on the GUI, but now the new dark and blue GUI (like Logic) of both new Samplitude versions comes directly from Emagic.
From the SEKD newsgroup: Emagic is not happy about the skins, they want a corporate look, and the new Samplitude 6.5 will no longer support skin switches inside the program.

Maybe the bitmap folders will stay, so the new Samplitudes will work also with others skins.

Oh , it's too bad . Logic Audio's skin is too ugly and glare . I want to use my skin !

You will be able to use skins with 6.5 - you just won't be able to as easily switch them from the top-left corner like you can now.
