Recording Speed Question

Hi,
Can anyone gimmee a quick crash course in slowing down the speed of a vip so when I record and overdub i.e. vocal it will be at a higher but relative pitch when the VIP is played back at normal speed?

I recall seeing this feature somewhere but cant rember where.

I'd like to figure that one out myself... Meanwhile you could always use pitchshift/timestretch mode.
