Hi there,
i'm (still) using a VS880 EX. For the first time I want to do automated mixing with Cubase VST 3.55 on a PC. I'm doing a CD-project. I used to do automated mixing with the VS only. Now I've synced the VS and Cubase with VS as slave. I've followed the instructions in the manual and the Application guide (VS). First I play back a song on the VS (slave)and at the same time record control change messages in cubase. While the song is playing, I make some changes on the VS(level, panning etc.) Then I play back the song. but the changes I made don't play back. I can see in Cubase, on the track I selected, that the changes have been recorded (in colorful grahpics), but it won't play back.
More information: i use a midi interface (Midiman 2 in, 4 out).
I'm not sure which midi-output i must select in Cubase (1,2,3, or4) and must I filter midi thru. I think the problem has to do with the right midi output but I'm not sure.
Any suggestions? Thanks!!
