Has anyone else experienced this problem? When I create my final mix in SONAR 1 or 2, the resultant wave file contains a loud click about 12 ms from the end of the file. I fade out each track in SONAR, so I would think there is no reason for it to add a click to the end. Is this a bug, or I doing something wrong?

could this be a click caused from a non-zeroed audio cut - where the audio clip is cut/edited at a point where the wave-form is not exactly interescting the horizontal axis.
click on the SNAP-TO-ZERO button - this will ensure audio edits occurr at zero points - resulting in no clicks.

oooh, just thought of another reason ......
you WILL get clicks like this if you are exporting files whilst simultanously adding effects - particlarly compression/expansion/limiting and processing through some post-production plug-ins.
to avoid this, try processing your audio clip and head and tailing the clip using the (above) snap-to-zero button BEFORE exporting the file. This should fix it.

thanks bigBadWolf, I think your 2nd scenerio is probably the culprit. I will test it tonight. I'm not sure I want to process each clip's effects before exporting though, means I have to keep multiple versions of the audio data in case I want to go back and tweak it later. Its easier (but annoying) to just silence the spike with other editing software.
