turn off follow track feature in sequencer?

Hi - does anyone know how to stop the sequencer in SOnar from moving along with the track so I can edit loops on the fly while it runs, without moving??

Use the "Scroll Lock" feature on your computer keyboard. When activated, the SONAR Track View will cease to follow the Now Time on playback and record.
