Abit TH7-RAID

I see this mobo at ebay all the time. Are there any reasons why I shouldn't get it? I've been researching, but I'm by no means an expert.

I baught an "old" TH7-II RAID, with 1 gig PC800 RAMBUS and a 2.2 P4. It is fast and perfect for a DAW, and stable is the word. Spent 2 hours to assemble/config, then since had 4 months of troublefree music heaven. http://www.audioforums.com/forums/wink.gif
