Who is the moderator, and why do legitimate questions on this board go unanswered?

Some forums on this site don't have moderators. The reason things don't get answered is because either no one has an answer or no one even reads it.

But someone named Gilad did answer on of your questions.

FYI: Gilad is one of the founders of Waves. I believe his title is President/CEO.
