Hi group. I've seen others post about the tempo issues a bad CEP configuration sometimes causes and most of those posts have cured any issues I've had over the past year or so. Thanks to all.
I haven't seen this issue before though. I have several stereo tracks that I'm breaking into discreet mono tracks by using cut/paste onto a new track. But in some of the new tracks, the tempo gradually slows and no longer matches the original. I have verified that the new file settings (bit rate, dithering) match the original.
I might add that the individual tracks are rather large (over 5 minutes).
