I've been working with cool edit pro 2 for a while now and had good results.
However for some reason CEP2 has started saving my files at a lower sound quality, its gone from 44100 hz to 16000 hz which makes it sound **** , plus i have to convert the sample rate on these 16000 tracks for the session to open.
How can I get CEP2 to save them as 44100 hz tracks again?
