Hello. -And thanks in advance. I have a question about CEP (which is now Adobe audition 1.0). How does one go about editing several tracks at once, I.E. with the same edits. Case in point; 8 individual tracks tha make up a drum kit. There were times in the performance when the drummer was dragging behind the beat. So I want to use the stretch tool t lock his rythm into rest of the recording. But to move one track at a time would not only be time consuming, but also would introduce phase problems between the overheads and the other individual tracks moved. How to? The second question is; is it possible to listen to audio while in edit screen that is locked to an outside sync signal. My ADAT system is the system clock master and Audition is slaving to SMPTE from my sound card which is driven by ADAT sync. I would like to be able to compare my edits to the other tracks without having to switch back and forth to the multitrack screen. Can anyone help? This is for a client, so any prompt acurate response would be most appreciated.
