View Full Version : Devices no longer show in burning plugin

This is very strange and I am frustrated. I have been using CEP 2.1 and the burning plugin on a daily basis for several months without any issues. Just recently, I opened the burning plugin to burn a CD (as usual) and it gave me the message "You must select a device". I switched to the Devices menu only to find that my 2 burners no longer appeared. Can anyone please HELP!!!

Did you recently replace your CD-RW drive on the computer? If so, CEP may not recognize it.

I solved the issue. Somehow my ASPI layer was destroyed in windows XP. I used "FORCEASPI" to re-install my aspi layer.
