Check out www.overclockers.com (http://www.overclockers.com)
They have a database of coolers they have reviewed.
I would recommend the VANTEC AeroFlow VP4-C7040. It has a T.M.D. fan (the magnets are on the fan blades) and an excellent clip design. Newegg has them for $33. Expensive...yes but its a sweet cooler. http://www.audioforums.com/forums/smile.gif

You should also check out http://www.quietpcusa.com before you buy anything. These guys built their company on quieter PC components. I personally purchased their Athlon XP Flower Cooler and had no problems at all. It was a worthwhile investment. Hope this helps! http://www.audioforums.com/forums/smile.gif

Very good reviews, with a "call em as we see em" approach. (NO BS)
