View Full Version : CEP Won't Let Me Record!!!

In Cool Edit Pro I can't record. Whenever i hit the record button, it says "initializing recording" and nothing happens. This has never happened till now. I did just recently instal Cakewalk 9.0 Could there be a conflict? PLEASE HELP ME!

Not likely to be a conflict with the two. I have used them both for quite some time now and never had an issue like that.

Go back into your settings for CEP and make sure everything looks correct with regard to the audio recording devices and the drive paths for the files. Also, make sure you aren't maxed out on your disk space!
