HI, I want to know how to transform a .ses file to .wav file

I usually select all the wavs of the session (except any wavs I might have muted), then right-click on one of them, and select 'Mix Down'. This results in a new wav file, which I then save under its own name.

a session file contains no actual audio, therefore cannot be a wav file. .ses files just remember your settings and arrangement of wavefiles in that session

To add to Bob's comment. If you select Mix Down, it will create a wav in stereo. If you select Mix Down (mono), it will be a mono wav.

And the mono mix-down is useful if you are
e-mailing a sample of a large music piece to someone.
