Cooledit 2000 vs CE96????

I've just learned (duh, sorry) that there is a '2000' version of the basic Cooledit app. I am very happy with CE96, which meets my modest needs very well. Can anyone point out what advantages I might get from upgrading to CE2000? (Or point me to an FAQ?) Tx
