Anything but blue!

I am so tired of it after a few years of Cool Edit Blue that I would take most anything instead! I can't find any way in settings to change the color of that part of the CE window. Please, please, somebody tell me there is a way to change it that I can't find. If anybody knows where to patch it, what I really want is tan! R=160, G=144, B=104

In cool Edit Pro I found this change on the menu bar under:
Options/settings/colors then pick what part of the editors colors you wish to change

Which part specifically? I am aware of the color choice menu but can't find anything that changes the "Robin's Egg Blue' part.
