Need Help with Recording

I listened to your song, and enjoyed it. I'm an old fart, so today's rock isn't my cup of tea. So my critique is technical, not artistic.
I noticed that the bass and the keyboard seemed muffled somehow. There were no overtones to those parts. The vocal, lead guitar and percussion were crisp and 'there' (for lack of a more descriptive word), but the bass and keyboard weren't.
The mix was fine, with the possible exception of the vocal being a bit low in the opening phrases.
