Does anyone own one of these or know anything about them? I am thinking about getting one, and i would like to know a few things first. First of all, Can you get really deep Sub-Bass sounds with this keyboard. And second of all, is the Vocoder on this keyboard any good? I would like to use this for electronica kind of productions. In particular, drum n' bass, and i want really low, deep sub bass sounds.
How do the MS-2000 and the Novation K-station compare? This is another synth i am looking at that claims to get really deep sub-bass sounds, and also has a vocoder. Thanks for your help.

the best thing about the MS2K is the user group
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/korgms2000

Where you can get 100's of well programmed patches, great free software and support. Take a gander there for info.

One look at Future Music, and most artist have an MS2K in their collection -- so that says something.

Thanks for the Info ursus. It came in handy. yes I think I have decided on the MS2K. It seems like there is much more of a community for it and will be much better for taking out on Gigs.

the MS2000 will definetly give you some great sub base and I have had great luck with its vocoder. Unfortunatly I do not owen one of these fine units myself.... yet
