Hi,

I just have my new e6400 sampler and there remains one thing which I don't understand yet: how to use the filters (lfo, etc.) of the Emu sampler in Cubase? I don't know anything about controllers etc.
Per example: I would like to make an effect (like lfo) to a channel on a part of the sequence... can you help me?

Many thanks in advance!

Your question is a bit confusing - the LFO's in the E-6400 are for it's internal use only. They can't control anything externally.

You say you would like to make an effect (like lfo) to a channel on a part of the sequence. - maybe there is possibly some confusion as to what an LFO can do? To use the LFO to control something in the E-6400, you will need to set the LFO parameters on the LFO/Aux page, then go to the 'Cords' page and link that LFO to a parameter, such as filter cutoff.

Maybe you could explain a bit more about what you want to do, exactly...

Indeed it's a bit confusing maybe... and sorry for my poor english.
So.. If I'm right it's possible to use effects from the e6400 like lfo in example in a cubase track, like the main volume (like when you double-click in a midi-sequence in the main window of cubase then you're in a new window with the 'keyboard' on left side you know..) But I don't know how to 'interact' between the sampler and cubase.
Sorry again.. I'm really a novice.

From what I can tell, you're wanting to have the E-6400's LFO control volume in Cubase. If that's the case, it won't work, since the LFO in the E-6400 can only control things internally. If you wanted to control the volume of an instrument in the E-6400, do it like I outlined above - go to the LFO page and set it up the way you want (you CAN set it so that the LFO syncs to midi clock), then go to the 'Cords' page and route the LFO to volume or whatever else you like.
