Anyone have any recommendations for a good acoustic guitar amp. I need one for church or live gigs around town.
Thanks

Yeah, try a Mesa Boogie MIV, you'll love it.

I'm not certain, but I'm pretty sure ElectricAuntJemima is kidding you. I play on a Mark IV, and although I truly love it to death, it's not exactly designed for acoustics. I used to run my signal stereo out, magnetics to my MKIV, and peizo to a small Trace Acoustic (I think it had like an 8"er and a small horn) It might have been a TA-30? I hated it! I bet the problem was more that I had piezo saddles on a Wilkinson (sp?) vibrato bridge then the amp itself, but all the same, if you have to keep up with a drummer (without a PA) it is grossly underpowered. I've heard good things about Trace Acoustic, but find the right one. Mine did not cut the mustard.
Good Luck,
McGee
If you can find them, AER acoustic amps - transparent beautiful sounding acoustic amps, blows all others off the market.
