XV-5050 USB problem

Can anyone help me with this problem? I am using Windows 2000 Professional, English.

My problem is when I attach the XV-5050 module using the USB connection, Windows detects it and ask me to point it to the drivers, which I do (came on a CD), but then I get an error message, it cannot find certain file(s) and then aborts the driver installation.

Have tried many times, still it seems like something is missing on the CD?

Another "issue": I use Cakewalk Sonar, anyone know about an instrument definition file for the XV-5050 ?

Never mind about the USB problem, fixed it myself. Now I have the XV 5050 connected to my PC by USB, and the MIDI master keyboard plugged in using MIDI. Neat!

Have studied the users manual for less than an hour, I hate manuals mostly (especially this kind), when I can play instead of reading.

Editing sounds will be a nightmare because of the few buttons and small display, but oh well, you can´t have it all.. Other than that, it sounds really good, and many great guitar sounds too (although I play guitar myself, of course).

BTW: Why is it that every time I log in here, there are no cookie saving my information so that I won´t have to type it all again every single time? A cookie would be nice ;-)
