I want a new synth?

I want to buy a new synth to fill the gaps in my present home setup.
I already have:
Supernova2 .. JD-800 .. Juno2 .. V50 fm synth .. Poly800 .. A3000 sampler .. Deepbassnine

I have looked on harmony and sonic state at varrious synths , ie , virus , Q , XTK etc but all that really is mentioned is the "My synth is better than yours" argument.

Has anybody got a similar setup to mine that could comment on what would fit in well?

Well, all I can say is I have an XV-3080, Virus B and an Akai S5000 as my main sound sources. My virus is where it's at! I know they are hard to find but this machine is amazing. Plus, Access just put out a new upgrade which doubled the sounds for free. I looked at the Nord and Mircowave and 8080 and the Korg unit and the Virus had onboard effects and it just sounds richer, fuller bigger whatever you want to call it.

I just recommend checking one out!

I'd second that virus opinion - people are always asking what i'm using for a particular sound and the ones they choose are always the virus sounds!

i couldnt demo the virus , so i got a nord modular instead. chears anyway
